Bridgend Factory Outlet

Assalam,

8th April 2012

Today is Easter Sunday.  Last nite we (kaka and I) decided to go to Bridgend Factory outlets.  We rode on the bus to town and tried to catch the no.100 to Swansea via Bridgend.  When we reached city centre, kaka wanted to bring me to eat in one of the restaurant.  But all shops were closed due to Easter Sunday.  Normally, all shops would have opened by 11am.  We can see some restaurants were opened.  I also wanted to find ladies' room.  See below pic of the public toilet:
paid 20p to use this toilet
this is the inside of the toilet and the notice on the door.
We went straight to the bus station on gate B4 but unfortunately the bus did not leave Cardiff until 1330hours.  So we walked back to town which is nearby and ate at the Wok to Walk halal chinese restaurant.  You need to order which type of noodle you want.  You also need to order what you want with the noodles.  Like me I want it with shitake mushroom, pak choy and beef and the sauce I chose Saigon.  Kaka chose rice noodles with shitake mushroom, shrimp and roast duck with teriyaki sauce. It cost GBP17.00.  Kaka said the Asian food is always expensive here.  See below pics of our lunch:

After lunch we went straight to Cardiff Bus Station for our ride to Bridgend factory outlet.  The driver told us the bus leaving Bridgend at 1600 and 1800.  We decided to get the 1600 bus ride.  See pics below of the Bridgend outings:

We had to walk a bit on the way home as we got on the bus no. 38 not the 39 as it did not operate today.  My right toe was aching.  After rested,  kaka put on my back the plaster as my back is aching.  I was supposed to rest but didn't realise I slept throughout the night and did even had my dinner.  I was so tired.  Must be old age!

9th April 2012

We did not go anywhere today.  Kaka and I watched The Big Bang Theory and The Three Musketeers on TV.  Kaka also did her laundry.  Dinner??  We ordered take out.  Beriani lamb and chicken and chicken tandoori for dinner from Ambala Restaurant.  My treat!

We also ordered Liverpool T-shirts and polo for us all: bapa, Khairee, Kaka, Aqeel, Nasreen and myself.  Hopefully it is delivered before we leave Cardiff on 12th... "wink2!"
