Friday 10 Dec - Last day in Singapore.
From my hotel balcony at Marina Mandarin Hotel in Singapore, I see the scenic view of the new Casino - Sky Park, the river, the wheel...What a sight!! I saw it during daytime, sunset, night time and sun rise. 4 different scenes make you think of our Creator. So beautiful! Masya Allah!! Please see pics at the end of these write up.
Sometimes walking along Orchard Road, especially at Centre Point, flashed back memories from the 1st trip (for me) the geng and I had to Spore - that was in 1984 or 1985 after finishing our studies in MTSSR. Nostalgia.......coming back
It is 6.50am. Though the sun has risen, I didn't get to see the bright yellow color which I wanted to see. It seems I won't get to see it. It has lots of dew today.
During my stay here, the city were lighted up with beautiful neon colors to celebrate the coming xmas festive season.
Most important of all, I get to meet my ex classmate from my ex CCMS school. On Monday she came with hubby and we had dinner at Indonesian restaurant at the Marina Square. Talking about old times, family, children etc..Chun Yen is still the same old Chun Yen. On Tuesday she came on her own and we met at Tangs. After I bought my daughter's prom dress, we went to eat at a Thai Restaurant. Yummy!!!! For three days during lunch, I had oysters, sushi - salmon eating to my heart content!!!

p/s We left for airport at 0830 hours. All packed to go home. On reaching the airport, our flight was delayed.
